All the appliances such as washing machine, heat pump condenser dryer, TV, hob, oven and fridge are top brands: Smeg, Samsung. Furniture is well-made and stylish designer solid wooden pieces instead of MDF products. Luxury 22mm premium wooden floor was installed in the living room, bedrooms and hallway.

We are superhost and try our best to provide comfortable home for our guests. We provide 800 thread count Egyptian cotton and 1000 thread count cotton bed linens. The high quality duvets and pillows are made of 100% goose down or goose down and feather. Besides supportive top-quality mattress, we prepared 9cm luxury mattress toppers, which our guests said gave them the feeling of "sleeping on a fluffy cloud". The flat is in the best location, only 1 min walk from the famous Royal Mile. Our building is a B-listed building in UNESCO World Heritage area. According to the legislation, we are not allowed to change the original wooden frame windows. As you know, Royal Mile is a very busy street. Luckily, our flat is not as noisy as these ones on the royal mile. However, we believe that a quiet space is essential for our guests. so that we spent a lot to install a secondary glazing - Heritage Hinged Units, glazed with 6.4mm acoustic glass, which significantly reduced the noise.
